HDDCS Ltd is a newly registered construction company based at 27 Boulton Road, West Bromwich. We're built around commercial construction — the groundworks, structural frame, envelope and fit-out that turn a site into a finished building.
As a new company, we don't have a back catalogue of projects to point to yet. What we can offer is direct access to the people doing the work, straightforward pricing, and a site that's run properly from the first delivery to handover.
How a project comes together
Every commercial build follows the same sequence. We manage each stage in-house so nothing gets lost between handovers.
Groundworks & foundations
Site clearance, excavation, drainage and foundation work, set out to the structural engineer's design before anything rises above ground.
Structural frame
Steel or concrete frame erection, floor by floor, forming the load-bearing structure the rest of the building is built onto.
Envelope & roofing
Cladding, roofing and glazing that close the building in and make it weathertight, ready for internal trades to start.
Interior fit-out
Partitions, services, finishes and fixtures fitted to the client's brief, coordinated so trades aren't standing on top of each other.
Handover
Snagging, sign-off and documentation, so the building is handed over with everything the client needs to operate it.
